Refund policy

We will replace free of charge or credit in full any plant that fails to grow - provided that proper care and attention has been given by the customer. If the customer fails to carefully follow the cultural instructions given, this guarantee is rendered invalid.

This guarantee is valid for 3 months following purchase of the Rose plant.
